Welcome to SnJ Property Services located in Esperaza, Aude. We are a small family business managing a handful of beautiful holiday homes on behalf of their owners. We pride ourselves on a personal service, spotless homes and attention to detail. We can offer a personal shopping service for your arrival and even an in-house cook with menus tailored to your tastes and dietary requirements. Our properties are also advertised on Airbnb, Tripadvisor, VRBO and Booking.com. We have many 5 star ratings and Super Host status on the Mini Chateau

Weddings
We can also arrange weddings at the Mini Chateau. A perfect location for small weddings or vow renewals the Chateau can sleep up to 16 people in 6 comfortable ensuite bedrooms.
