At SnJ Property Management Services we have 7 years experience providing high-end concierge and property management for second homes and seasonal rentals here in the South of France and a total of 22 years hospitality experience. . Based in Esperaza we travel up to one and half hours in any direction to assist you in all your property needs.

Weddings
We can also arrange weddings at the Mini Chateau. A perfect location for small weddings or vow renewals the Chateau can sleep up to 16 people in 6 comfortable ensuite bedrooms.

There are many wine tours available in the region, please ask for details.

This area is famous for its colourful food, wines, medieval castles, culture, history, villages and market towns, farm or stone houses full of character.

We spent five nights at Sara and Joe's house, and it was fantastic. The area is beautiful, and the views of the mountains from the house are unbeatable. If you want to spend a few days of tranquility and a change of scenery, this is the ideal place. We'll be back!

Enchanting august week here in glorious weather spritzed with odd storm and breeze.House clean, spacious, v comfortable beds, fairytale wood decor, perched 850m above sea-level up windy, scenic (asphalt) road 15min from nearest boulangerie/épicerie.Breathtaking views of surrounding Pyrennees peaks, total tranquilitybut with NASA-quality internet!.NOTE precarious mezzanine stairs and trapdoor leading to bathroom mean house NOT for v young or old, clumsy or heavy drinkers (but great fun for us!).In fact, possibly our favourite AirB+B ever.Hosts FANTASTIC!!! Sara saved our holiday with urgent dentist/medical directions! Merci, Sara!!!

"We have a house in a remote rural location 10 minutes from Limoux. Before we completed on the purchase in 2018 we had to be sure that we had secured someone to help with the management whilst we are at home in the UK. We found few firms or individuals offering what we needed but after 2 sets of interviews we asked Sara and Joe to take on our place. Since then their client base has grown but the level of service they have offered us has remained very high. Some tasks such as gardening and pool maintenance are in effect outsourced to others who have also provided very good service. Our cleaning, change overs ( we use a key code system) and laundry have always been well done and any unforeseen problems very quickly resolved keeping us and the visitors fully informed. The monthly security checks give us peace of mind through the Winter months. I can’t really think of any pitfalls as we have always been pleased with what they do. They certainly surpassed expectations by advertising the property on various French websites ( or French versions of sites) during the past 2 Summers drawing on a European market which meant all but full occupancy during July and August.
Sara is a very effective communicator and keeps us fully updated on all matters."
